Malo e lelei Whanau and Friendly Viewers!
What a terrific week of learning it has been for us!
We had different Tongan students come to our
class each afternoon to teach us about Tonga
and Tongan language.
Then we had a fabulous assembly where each
class got to show some of their learning about Tonga.
Room 5 did a lovely song called 'E otua'.
All of our Tongan students dressed in their cultural clothing. |
Us singing our song to the assembly. |
Then Kaulave and Aleki performed the Tongan Haka
with some of the Room 8A boys. It was very
impressive! Gave us 'goosebumps'!
Well done boys!
